I35 W North of Fort Worth and Loop 820:
Go west on Loop 820 to the Highway 199/Jacksboro Highway exit.
Go west
on Highway 199/Jacksboro
Highway.
Go through Lake Worth and cross the bridge across the lake.
Approximately 2 miles past the
bridge, take the Confederate Park Road
exit/ FM 1886.
Turn left (west) on Confederate Park Road/ FM
1886.
After approximately 2 miles, the fields are located on the right side
of the road under the large water
tower.

I35 W North of Fort Worth and Loop 820:
Go west on Loop 820.
Continue west on 820 and cross the long
bridge across Lake Worth.
Take the Las Vegas Trail exit.
Go through the stop sign and turn right on Hickman.
Continue to the deadend and turn left you will end at the West Park Fields.
Azle High School, Azle
From
I35 W North of Fort Worth and Loop 820:
Go west on Loop 820.
Take the Lake Worth/199 to Azle. In Azle, take the FM 730 / Boyd exit . Turn right (North)
onto FM 730
and travel approximately 1.5 miles. Azle High School is on the right
just past the Walnut Creek Elementary
School. Games are played behind the high school on the
multi-level fields.

Go west on Loop 820.
Take the Lake Worth/199 to Azle.
Exit Denver Trail. Stay on service road. Go
Straight through Stop Sign.
Just as you come over the top of the hill and on your right is
Ash Creek
Park.
Member Associations & Away Games
All Coaches or Team Manages need to call the field they are scheduled to play on BEFORE going to a game.
